Section 01

General Provisions

2fd77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued document may be required for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is completed.

Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. 2fd77 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Password Protection

• Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• It is recommended that you change your password at regular intervals.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 2fd77 support immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Allowing a third party to access your account or sharing your login details with others is a violation of these terms.

3.3 One Account Only

Only one account may be operated per person, household or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on 2fd77. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. After claiming this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.

2fd77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers — from Bronze through to Diamond, weekly cashback rates are 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively.

5.4 Promotion Changes

2fd77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. For bonuses already claimed, the terms that applied at the time of claiming will continue to apply.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the 2fd77 platform.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Game Results

The result of each game is final. In the event of a technical error, 2fd77 reserves the right to void the relevant rounds and refund the amounts. 2fd77 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical issues.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

• All information must be provided correctly before a bet is accepted.
• Special rules apply to live betting after an event has started.
• Results for cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports depend on the announcement made by the relevant international body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• For all cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup, the official scorecard will be considered final.

6.4 Game Providers

Limitation of Liability
